We actively engage over 500 justice-involved adults, opportunity youth, and chronically unemployed residents, assessing their needs, and sharing their stories during DC Council hearings and through advocacy partnerships like ElectEd, the DC Postsecondary Success Collaborative, and HireLocal DC. LetsWorkPRO™ ensures community voices drive workforce solutions that create real, lasting change.

We empower professionals

...by ensuring that certification, mentorship, and lifelong learning is within reach for everyone.

We've trained and certified over 500 professionals via LetsWorkPRO’s intensive workforce programs and AHLEI certifications. Through the LetsWorkPRO™ Career Coaching App and micro-learning platform, graduates access mentorship, job placement, and continuous skill development, creating a rich ecosystem of career advancement that raises local earning power and industry representation.

LetsWorkPRO™ has partnered with over 40 hospitality employers to upskill staff, strengthen leadership pipelines, and reduce turnover by up to 25%. Our 90-Day Industry Intensive and 21-Day Fast Track programs align with AHLEI standards, ensuring local teams perform to global benchmarks of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
