The 90 Day Industry Intensive is a transformative three-month program that equips participants with the skills, confidence, and resources to thrive in hospitality and beyond. Alongside operations, guest service, and leadership training, participants engage in lifeskills modules covering financial empowerment, FDIC Money Smart education, choicemaking counseling, wellness demonstrations, and access to support resources addressing employment barriers like safe transportation, childcare, banking access, and housing.
Participants also develop public speaking skills to communicate effectively with guests, peers, and supervisors, and craft a personal brand that highlights strengths and professionalism in every interaction.
Experiential learning anchors the program: participants take part in job shadowing, familiarization tours, guest speaker sessions, and community conversations, while leveraging Department of Labor job data and local economic development insights to align skills with real-world opportunities. By graduation, participants emerge career-ready, resilient, and confidently branded, prepared for long-term success in the hospitality industry and beyond.
