A three-week intensive blending hospitality and work-readiness training with life skills, public speaking, and personal branding, paired with experiential tours, guest speakers, and resources for overcoming employment barriers.
The 21 Day Fast Track program provides a focused, three-week pathway from potential to professional. Participants build workplace readiness, customer service expertise, and teamwork skills, alongside lifeskills training in financial empowerment, FDIC Money Smart education, wellness, decision-making, and connection to community resources addressing barriers to employment.
The program emphasizes public speaking to communicate confidently in any professional setting and personal branding to help participants present themselves with authenticity and professionalism. Learning is experiential, featuring interactive exercises, role-playing, familiarization tours, guest speaker panels, and community discussions informed by Department of Labor trends and local economic plans. Graduates leave job-ready, confident in their voice and brand, and equipped to navigate challenges to employment success.
