Well, we are convinced that we need to make more noise about what's here, in the palm of your hand. Our team is ACTIVELY recruiting new users. We're building out new learning resources for the fall. And this month, we're bringing the PeacePreneur Challenge into the mix, creating even more opportunities for young adults to use this platform for learning, coaching, ideas and support.

So yeah…

The app is getting busy 💥

But honestly, this is bigger than app usage.

For years, through our LetsWorkDC trainings, we listened to folks tell us something that was easy to miss if you only looked at workforce development from inside a classroom:

“I need help when I’m actually doing the thing.”

Not three weeks before the interview.

Not only during a workshop.

Not after the situation has already gone sideways.

In the moment.

What do I say to my supervisor?

How do I handle this awkward conversation at work?

Am I actually ready for this interview?

How do I turn this little idea into something real?

What does “professional” even mean in this situation?

Those questions don't always show up during a training session.

They show up at 8:47 AM before work.

Five minutes after a difficult conversation.

On the bus to an interview.

At 11:30 PM when you're trying to figure out your next move.

FRFR, it was a “duh” kinda moment.

People didn't necessarily need more information. They needed somewhere to go with the information when real life happened.

That's where our vision for LetsWorkPRO started becoming something different.

And apparently, CARI gets it. ✨

Our emerging MVP — CARI, the AI career coach — is already becoming one of the most popular parts of the platform.

And that makes perfect sense.

CARI doesn't require you to know exactly what you're looking for before you ask for help. Just like our in-person training sessions,

You can bring the messy question.

The half-formed idea.

The “Ummm…what do I do?” moment.

And start there.

That's important because a lot of the talent we work with isn't lacking potential.

They're navigating systems that weren't necessarily designed with them in mind.

Sometimes they're first-generation professionals.

Sometimes they're young people entering an industry for the first time.

Sometimes they're talented entrepreneurs who don't know the language of business yet.

Sometimes they're simply trying to understand what employers expect without having someone in their corner to explain the unwritten rules.

That's the space we're exploring with LetsWorkPRO.

As an emerging tech founder who's double-dutching between tech and workforce development, I'm fascinated by what happens when we stop asking technology to replace human support and instead use it to extend the support people already need.

The classroom still matters.

The coach still matters.

The mentor still matters.

But what if support could travel with you?

What if learning didn't end when the workshop ended?

What if career development could meet you in the moment you actually need it?

We're starting to see that vision move from something we've been talking about for years into something people are actually using.

And honestly?

That's exciting as hell.
